You've seen it.
You've seen this, some broad applying eyeliner while driving, swerving around, random braking?
I'm not sure if it's illegal, but it should be, i watched her almost kill someone, and not even notice.

Problems on the road? With drivers here in CO? How is that possible. Why, they claim to be the best drivers in the world.
